By raising the loft boarding using a BBA approved system, you protect the insulation and allow for adequate airflow beneath your storage.

Our Boarding Options
'Truss' style loft, typically found in new build developments.
This has been boarded using our BBA approved system.
The centre section has been boarded. This is roughly 10 sqm.

The full loft here has been boarded. We expertly cut the boarding around each structural truss, giving the maximum storage area possible.
This area is roughly 35 sqm.
This is an older property with a fairly open loft layout.
As you can see, we have added insulation and installed the raised boarding to protect it.
This is roughly 7sqm.
This is a garage loft. We can board these by using a timber support layout running perpendicular to the ceiling joists to create strength for the storage floor and ceiling.
The area you can see if this photo is roughly 12 sqm.
We use 18mm chipboard loft flooring panels.
These are 1.22m x 0.34m each panel. They are connected using a tongue and groove join along the 1.22m length only.
We install these in rows to allow for access to services below.
We use a raised system that comes in two heights for different levels of insulation or obstructions.
Some Of Our Ladder and Hatch Options
This is a timber folding ladder.
The ladder is secured to the hatch door. When lowering the hatch, you can unfold the ladder for ease of access and use.
With wide treads, they are one of the best options for climbing in socks!!
The hatch opening comes in a number of sizes for maximum space to carry up larger items.

This is the Easiway loft ladder. The most common and trusted aluminium loft ladder on the market.
Convenient and affordable, this is the ideal solution for most lofts.
Simple to operate and climb. A handrail can be attached on either side of the ladder for safety. Supplied with an operating pole to pull down and stow away, and can be used to open most loft hatch mechanisms.
This telescopic loft ladder is ideal for lofts with small spaces above the hatch area.
It is simple to operate and very sturdy.
One of our favourite ladders we supply and install due to the ease of use and adaptability in tight spaces.
